Vesting Age definition

Vesting Age means the age last birthday as on vesting date
Vesting Age means any age wherein the Insured Member becomes eligible to receive the benefit and is defined under the scheme rules.
Vesting Age means the age of 18 years, the ownership of the policy passes to the insured person in case the Policy is issued to a Minor.

Examples of Vesting Age in a sentence

  • Upon the Executive’s Termination of Employment prior to the Executive’s attainment of Full Vesting Age, except for Cause or Change in Control, the Executive shall be eligible to receive the benefit described in this Section 2.2 in lieu of any other benefit under Article 2 of this Plan.

  • Upon the Executive’s attainment of Full Vesting Age, the Executive will be eligible to receive his/her full Normal Retirement Benefit.

  • If the Participant or the Participant's transferee does not exercise the option to purchase, the Company may sell, surrender or transfer ownership of the Policy, provided, however, that if the Participant has attained the Benefit Vesting Age, the Company must provide an insurance policy comparable to cover the benefit provided under this Agreement.

  • Except as otherwise provided in paragraph 9.1 of Article 9 herein, upon the Participant reaching the Benefit Vesting Age, the Company shall maintain the Policy in full force and effect and in no event shall the Company amend, terminate or otherwise abrogate the Participant's interest in the Policy; provided, however, that at all times the Policy shall be subject to the claims of the Company's creditors.
