Case manager means a Department of Human Services or Area Agency on Aging employee who assesses the service needs of an applicant, determines eligibility, and offers service choices to the eligible individual. The case manager authorizes and implements the service plan and monitors the services delivered.
Case management means a care management plan developed for a Member whose diagnosis requires timely coordination. All benefits, including travel and lodging, are limited to Covered Services that are Medically Necessary and set forth in the EOC. KFHPWA may review a Member's medical records for the purpose of verifying delivery and coverage of services and items. Based on a prospective, concurrent or retrospective review, KFHPWA may deny coverage if, in its determination, such services are not Medically Necessary. Such determination shall be based on established clinical criteria and may require Preauthorization.
Targeted case management means services that assist a beneficiary to access needed 2 medical, educational, social, prevocational, vocational, rehabilitative, or other community services. The 3 service activities may include, but are not limited to, communication, coordination and referral;
Case management services means planned referral, linkage, monitoring and support, and advocacy provided in partnership with a consumer to assist that consumer with self sufficiency and community tenure and take place in the individual’s home, in the community, or in the facility, in accordance with a service plan developed with and approved by the consumer and qualified staff.
State Management Committee means a Committee comprising representatives from the Confederation of Western Australian Industry, the Trades and Labor Council of Western Australia, Technical and Further Education (TAFE) and the relevant Federal and State Government Departments which approve traineeship arrangements by agreement of each of the parties. The State Management Committee may be established pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act, 1975 or any amendment to or substitution of that Act, provided that any Committee or body established in lieu of the State Management Committee has the same representatives structure and decision making processes as that Committee.
Scheme Manager Means Gloucestershire County Council as administering authority of the Gloucestershire Local Government (LGPS) Pension Fund
infrastructure manager means any body or undertaking that is responsible in particular for establishing and maintaining railway infrastructure, or a part thereof, as defined in Article 3 of Directive 91/440/EEC, which may also include the management of infrastructure control and safety systems. The functions of the infrastructure manager on a network or part of a network may be allocated to different bodies or undertakings;
Adaptive management means reliance on scientific methods to test the results of actions taken so that the management and related policy can be changed promptly and appropriately.
Alliance Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated and payable quarterly in arrears, in an amount equal to one-fourth of 1.50% of the Company’s Equity.
Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);
Exit Manager the person appointed by each party pursuant to paragraph 3.3 of this Schedule 8 (Exit Arrangements) for managing the Provider’s obligations under Schedule 8 (Exit Arrangements);
Site Manager means an individual proposed to be named in the licence as a site manager
Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
Municipal Finance Management Act means the Local Government: Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003 (Act No. 56 of 2003);
Administrative Director refers to that individual or authorized designee, empowered by the State to make final and binding executive decisions on behalf of the State.
Contested case hearing means a proceeding before the Authority under the Administrative Procedures Act when any of the following contests an adverse determination, action, or as it relates to an MCE enrollee, an adverse benefit determination:
Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.
Region Manager means the designated DNR staff person responsible for managing the affairs of DNR in designated large geographic areas. The Region Manager may perform the duties of the Contract Manager.
Executive manager means an individual employed by a new motor vehicle dealer in an executive capacity and who has a written employment agreement with the dealer that includes a right for the executive manager to purchase a controlling interest in the dealership at a future time or on the death or incapacity of the dealer.
Service Manager has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.01(c).
Exit Management Date means each of the following:
Change Management means the add-on module to the Programs that enables engineers to define network changes through one or more configuration templates. Those network changes can be applied to multiple devices and executed/rolled back automatically. The Change Management module enables engineers to verify the impact of the changes across the network to help ensure a safer change process.
Exit Management means the obligations and rights of the Parties to ensure a smooth transition of the Framework from the Contractor to the Authority or any Replacement Contractor as set out in Clause 44 (Exit Management) and Schedule 8 (Exit Management).
Chairman-cum-Managing Director means Chairman-cum-Managing Director of any of the Subsidiary Companies of Coal India Limited, presently Central Coalfields Limited, Eastern Coalfields Limited, Western Coalfields Limited, Bharat Coking Coal Limited, Central Mine Planning & Design Institute Limited, South Eastern Coalfields Limited, Northern Coalfields Limited and Mahanadi Coalfields Limited.
Construction-manager-at-risk means a project delivery method in which:
