Victory Park definition

Victory Park means Victory Park Capital Advisors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, or its successors and assigns.
Victory Park or "Lead Secured Party" or "Agent" as agent for the Secured Parties (as defined below) pursuant to Section 16 of that certain Security Agreement (as defined below)) and the Holders (including Victory Park) of the Debentures (together the "Secured Parties").
