Vigil Mechanism definition

Vigil Mechanism. – means a mechanism established by the Company for directors and employees to report genuine concerns to the company.
Vigil Mechanism means mechanism established pursuant to the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 49 of the Equity Listing Agreement, as amended by SEBI from time to time, for the Directors and Employees of the Company to report concerns about unethical behavior, actual or suspected fraud or violation of the Company’s code of conduct or ethics policy.
Vigil Mechanism means the whistle blower policy and the vigil mechanism of the Company as may be adopted by the Board.
