VIP Clubs definition

VIP Clubs has the meaning set forth in Section 9.03.

  • Ticketholders who have access to the VIP Clubs shall be entitled to a certain amount of complimentary food and beverage.

  • The Knicks shall have the sole discretion in determining the price charged to ticketholders for access to, as well as the menu offered in, the VIP Clubs, and shall retain all revenues therefrom.

Related to VIP Clubs

  • Playground means a public outdoor recreation area for children, usually equipped with swings, slides, and other playground equipment, owned and/or managed by a city, county, state, or federal government.

  • Clubs means the clubs affiliated to the SASA;

  • Member Club means any past or present member club of the NFL or any past member club of the American Football League.
