Vocera Ease Communications definition

Vocera Ease Communications means the text messages, photos, videos and other communications concerning a Patient’s medical procedure, status, condition or update which End User or a User transmits to a Designated Person during a Vocera Ease Encounter.

  • Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, all Vocera Ease Communications, and all associated Private Health Information (“PHI”) are deleted on a regular recurring 24-hour cycle.
