Vocus means Vocus Communications (a trading entity of Switch Utilities Limited), and includes its officers, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assignees.

Examples of Vocus in a sentence

  • Vocus may vary the Service if reasonably required for technical, operational and commercial reasons provided such variation does not have a material adverse effect on the Customer.

  • Where Vocus allots any internet protocol numbers to the Customer in connection with a Service, the Customer may only use such internet protocol numbers in connection with that Service.
