Channel Partner definition

Channel Partner means Licensor’s Affiliate or an unaffiliated business entity that is authorized by Licensor to distribute and/or support Program(s).
Channel Partner or “Bentley Channel Partner” means individuals and companies who are authorized by Xxxxxxx to provide support services under the Support and Maintenance Terms.
Channel Partner means Licensor’s Affiliates or persons or other business entities that are authorized by Licensor to distribute, support, or both distribute and support Program(s).   • Customer acknowledges that KnowBe4 is not responsible, nor is KnowBe4 liable, for ensuring compliance with such Channel Partner SLA.

  • In the event Customer purchases through a KnowBe4 authorized Channel Partner, such Channel Partner may have its own SLA associated with the purchase.

Channel Partner means the Uila partner identified in the Grant Letter through which the Customer purchased the Subscription.
