Channel Partner definition

Channel Partner means Licensor’s Affiliates or persons or other business entities that are authorized by Licensor to distribute, support, or both distribute and support Program(s). Any Customer Support obligations of Licensor under this Agreement may be delegated to a Channel Partner at Licensor’s discretion.
Channel Partner or “Bentley Channel Partner” means individuals and companies who are authorized by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to provide support services under the Support and Maintenance Terms.
Channel Partner means a third-party business entity that CyberArk has appointed as an approved partner to as applicable, distribute, re-sell and support the Software.

Channel Partner means the Uila partner identified in the Grant Letter through which the Customer purchased the Subscription.
