The Volume Submitter Sponsor (or authorized representative) will inform the Employer of any amendments made to the Plan and will notify the Employer if it discontinues or abandons the Plan.
To be eligible to receive such notification, the Employer agrees to notify the Volume Submitter Sponsor (or authorized representative) of any change in address.

Subject to the requirements and limitations set forth in subparagraphs (1), (2) and (3) below, and in paragraphs (d) and (e) below, the Volume Submitter Sponsor can amend any part of the Plan without the consent of the Sponsoring Employer or any Adopting Employer, nor does the Sponsoring Employer have to reexecute the Plan.
