Voluntary Exit definition

Voluntary Exit means, with respect to any one or more Parties, the termination of such Parties’ participation in the Agreement on such Parties’ own initiative in accordance with Article 15.1;
Voluntary Exit means to relinquish the Services License granted by the Authority to carry out business in any regulated capital market activities and services in Ethiopia.
Voluntary Exit means the voluntary termination of the employment relationship between the Employee and the City by the Employee.

Examples of Voluntary Exit in a sentence

  • Any employee who accepts a Voluntary Exit package will receive (following the completion of their last day of work) an allowance equivalent to two (2) weeks normal gross weekly earnings for each year of service plus a prorated amount of any additional year of employment to a maximum of twenty six (26) weeks normal gross weekly earnings.

  • As part of their retraining program, any employee accepting a Voluntary Exit package will, on production of receipts from an approved educational program, also be entitled to reimbursement for tuition fees (in accordance with the Company's tuition refund program) - for a period of twelve (12) months following the effective date of their layoff.

  • An employee will retain Priority Placement during their recall period, and will be considered for appropriate Voluntary Exit matches as they arise.

  • It is understood that the Employer may offer the Early Retirement and Voluntary Exit options concurrently, provided that the Employer will accept the offers in the priority as described below.

  • Where an employee refuses a Voluntary Exit match to their same salary grade at their current location, the employee will be deemed to have terminated their employment with the Employer.

  • Any and all employees so affected shall be given an opportunity to accept a Voluntary Exit package or retain their rights to recall in accordance with the terms defined by the Collective Agreement.

  • The Employer agrees that, where possible in the first instance, it will utilize attrition and other voluntary measures as a means of reducing the workforce, which may include those described in Article 26.3 (Early Retirement and Voluntary Exit).

  • An employee retains their right to refuse a Voluntary Exit match outside their current geographic location.

  • Where an employee has requested the opportunity for a Voluntary Exit match below their current salary grade, in the same location, then refuses the match, the employee will be deemed to have terminated their employment with the Employer.

  • An employee will retain priority placement during their recall period, and will be considered for appropriate Voluntary Exit matches as they arise.

Related to Voluntary Exit

  • Voluntary Prepayment means a prepayment of principal of Term Loans pursuant to Section 2.05(a) in any year to the extent that such prepayment reduces the scheduled installments of principal due in respect of Term Loans as set forth in Section 2.07 in any subsequent year.

  • Voluntary Refunds means a refund of an unused or partially used ticket for reasons other than those mentioned under the definition of an involuntary refund.

  • Voluntary Resignation means any Termination by Employee for any reason other than a Constructive Termination.

  • Involuntary Disposition means any loss of, damage to or destruction of, or any condemnation or other taking for public use of, any property of any Loan Party or any Subsidiary.

  • Voluntary and “Voluntarily” in connection with Executive’s termination of employment shall mean a termination of employment resulting from the initiative of the Executive, excluding a termination of employment attributable to Executive’s death or Disability. A resignation by Executive that is in response to a communicated intent by the Company to discharge Executive other than for Cause is not considered to be “Voluntary” and shall be considered to be a termination by the Company for the purposes of this Agreement.
