Primary caregiver or "caregiver" means a resident of the State
Child Caregiver means an individual providing basic childcare service needs for Your minor children under the age of 18 while You are on the Trip without the minor children. The arrangement of being the Child Caregiver while You are on the Trip must be made 30 or more days prior to the Scheduled Departure Date.
Adult caregiver means an adult person whom a parent has au- thorized to provide temporary care for a child under Family Code Chapter 34. Family Code 34.0015(1)

Caregiver means an individual employed for the purpose of providing assistance with activities of daily living to the Insured or to the Insured’s Family Member who has a physical or mental impairment. The caregiver must be employed by the Insured or the Insured’s Family Member. A caregiver is not a babysitter; childcare service, facility or provider; or persons employed by any service, provider or facility to supply assisted living.

Primary care physician means a physician qualified to be an attending physician according to ORS 656.005(12)(b)(A) and who is a general practitioner, family practitioner, or internal medicine practitioner.
Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under sub-paragraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:
Relative caregiver means an individual who operates a home that has been approved by the Department to provide care for a related child or young adult placed in the home by the Department.
Family caregiver means a relative by blood, marriage, or Adoption who lives with or is the primary Caregiver of the terminally ill Member.
Outpatient attendance means treatment received in a hospital emergency department where the patient is not admitted to a bed in the hospital.
Specialist Physician means a licensed physician who qualifies as an attending physician and who examines a patient at the request of the attending physician or authorized nurse practitioner to aid in evaluation of disability, diagnosis, or provide temporary specialized treatment. A specialist physician may provide specialized treatment for the compensable injury or illness and give advice or an opinion regarding the treatment being rendered, or considered, for a patient’s compensable injury.
Volunteer means an individual who has regular, significant contact with students.
Respiratory care practitioner means an individual who practices respiratory care.
Supervising physician means any physician licensed under Iowa Code chapter 148, 150, or 150A. The supervising physician is responsible for medical direction of emergency medical care personnel when such personnel are providing emergency medical care.
Volunteer worker means a person who is not your "employee", and who donates his or her work and acts at the direction of and within the scope of duties determined by you, and is not paid a fee, salary or other compensation by you or anyone else for their work performed for you.

Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.
Medical physicist means a person trained in evaluating the performance of mammography equipment and facility quality assurance programs and who meets the qualifications for a medical physicist set forth in 41.6(3)“c.”
HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers means the Controlling Shareholders (if any), directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives of the HSP. In addition to the foregoing, HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers shall include the contractors and subcontractors and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers or other representatives;
Naturopathic physician means a person licensed to practice naturopathic medicine by the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine.
Medical service means any medical treatment or any medical, surgical, diagnostic, chiropractic, dental, hospital, nursing, ambulance, and other related services, and drugs, medicine, crutches and prosthetic appliances, braces and supports, and, where necessary, physical restorative services.
Cosmetologist means an individual authorized to engage in all branches of cosmetology in a licensed facility.
Specialist medical practitioner means a specialist as defined in section 3 of the Health Insurance Act 1973.
Esthetician means an individual who engages in the practice of esthetics but no other branch of cosmetology in a licensed facility.
