Examples of Voting Director in a sentence
Each such Voting Director may nominate one (1) candidate for the Chair, who must be a natural person who is not affiliated with any of the Members.
The Chair (or Chair’s designee) shall timely notify the current Members of any nominations to the Board and fix the time, place, and manner of a vote on the open Voting Director positions.
Each Member shall have one vote for every Voting Director position that has not been filled and may not vote more than once for any candidate.
Each Voting Director elected by the Members shall serve a term of two (2) years, which may be extended for an additional year upon the approval of a majority of the Members.

Each Voting Director so elected shall hold office until the expiration of the term of such director (as set forth in the Certificate of Incorporation) and until his or her successor is duly elected and qualified, or until his or her earlier death or incapacity, resignation, retirement, disqualification or removal from office.
