Examples of Voting Record Time in a sentence
Changes to entries in the Register after the Voting Record Time will be disregarded in determining the rights of any person to attend and/or vote at the General Meeting.
The number of Ordinary Shares a Shareholder holds as at the Voting Record Time will determine how many votes a Shareholder or his proxy will have in the event of a poll.
If the meeting is adjourned to a time not more than 48 hours after the Voting Record Time, that time will also apply for the purpose of determining the entitlement of members to attend and vote (and for the purposes of determining the number of votes they may cast) at the adjourned meeting.
Entitlement to attend and vote at the EGM and the number of votes which may be cast at the meeting will be determined by reference to the Register of Members at the Voting Record Time.
At the Court Meeting, voting will be by poll and each Scheme Shareholder present in person or by proxy will be entitled to one vote for each Scheme Share held as at the Voting Record Time.
