Voting Rights Agreement definition

Voting Rights Agreement means the Voting Rights Agreement substantially in the form attached as Annex XIV.
Voting Rights Agreement means that certain Voting Rights Agreement of even date herewith pursuant to which the shareholders party to such agreement unconditionally agree to vote their shares in favor of the issuance of the Warrants.
Voting Rights Agreement shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

More Definitions of Voting Rights Agreement

Voting Rights Agreement means the Voting Rights Agreement, dated on or about the date hereof, among the Company and the Purchasers, in the form of Exhibit G attached hereto.
