Voting Security Equivalents definition

Voting Security Equivalents means any warrants (including, without limitation, the Warrants), options, rights or securities convertible into, or exchangeable or exercisable for, Voting Securities.
Voting Security Equivalents means securities convertible into or exchangeable for Voting Securities or options to purchase such securities or Voting Securities.
