Voya Data definition

Voya Data means all data or information regarding Voya, the businesses of Voya, or Voya employees, former employees, suppliers or customers (a) provided or otherwise made available to BNY Mellon by or on behalf of Voya, the Voya Funds and the Voya Fund Investors, (b) obtained or accessed by BNY Mellon in connection with its provision of the Services, or (c) developed, processed or produced by BNY Mellon in connection with the Services to the extent such data is based on, derived from, summarizes, or includes data of Voya, Voya Agents, Voya Funds or Voya Fund Investors.
Voya Data means all data or information of a Service Recipient (a) submitted to Milliman Group by a Service Recipient, (b) obtained, developed, processed or produced by Milliman Group (other than data internal to Milliman Group) or (c) accessed by, or made available to, Milliman Group.
Voya Data means all data or information regarding Voya Group, the businesses of Voya Group, or Voya Group clients, employees, former employees, distribution partners, agents, customers (including their beneficiaries), suppliers, contractors, other third parties doing business with Voya Group, third party administrators and recipients of Voya Group's services, either directly or indirectly, such as employees of Voya Group customers, plan participants, members, dependents, beneficiaries and similarly situated persons (a) submitted to Supplier by Voya Group or the Service Recipients, (b) obtained, developed, processed or produced by Supplier (other than data internal to Supplier, such as individual performance data for the members of the Service Delivery Organization and security logs retained by Supplier) or (c) accessed by Supplier in connection with the Services.

Examples of Voya Data in a sentence

  • BNY Mellon shall promptly (1) notify Voya of errors or inaccuracies in Voya Data if and when BNY Mellon actually becomes aware of such errors or inaccuracies, (2) correct any such known errors or inaccuracies at its cost and expense to the extent such errors or inaccuracies are caused by BNY Mellon’s act or omission and (3) correct such errors or inaccuracies upon Voya’s request and at Voya’s cost and expense to the extent such errors or inaccuracies are not caused by BNY Mellon’s act or omission.

  • BNY Mellon shall not modify the Data Safeguards in a manner that would be reasonably likely to adversely impact the security of Voya Data or Voya Systems without Voya’s consent.

  • The Data Safeguards shall apply to BNY Mellon’s receipt, processing, and handling of Voya Data to the extent (a) such Voya Data is in BNY Mellon’s possession or control, or (b) BNY Mellon is accessing Voya Data that is in Voya’s possession or control during the period of such access.

  • To the extent that such aggregated data products incorporate Voya Data and subject to BNY Mellon’s compliance with this Section 7.01(2), Voya authorizes BNY Mellon to use such Voya Data in the applicable aggregated data products; provided, however, Voya shall retain ownership of any Voya Data that is a component of such aggregated data products.

  • To the extent BNY Mellon possesses or is otherwise in control of Voya Data, BNY Mellon shall at all times provide Voya with reasonable access to such Voya Data.

  • Upon Voya’s request, BNY Mellon shall execute any documents (or take any other actions) as may be necessary to enforce these rights of Voya in Voya Data.

  • Upon Voya Group's request, Supplier shall execute any documents (or take any other actions) as may be necessary, or as Voya Group may request, to enforce the rights of Voya Group in Voya Data.

  • In addition, Voya Group may, upon prior notice, restrict the Service Locations at which Voya Data may be located.

  • No Voya Data will be sold, assigned, leased or otherwise commercially exploited by or on behalf of Supplier (or any Supplier Agent).

  • If you did not enter the information in time, you will need to go back into the Voya Data Gateway after the weekend has passed and resubmit the Exception (child) Work Order when the participant’s record has been created.⮚ Part time hourly employees must be reported to PSERS for 500 hours in a fiscal year and part time per diem employees must be reported for 80 days in a fiscal year before being sent to Voya by PSERS.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Your Data means information or data (which may include Personal Data) that you input and transfer to NCR Voyix for processing and that is collected, stored or maintained in the course of providing the Service or the Software. Your Data expressly excludes any information or data that does not connect or associate you or any Users to or with such information or data.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Raw Data means the primary quantitative and empirical data first collected from experiments and clinical trials conducted within the scope of this CRADA.

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.

  • Open Book Data means complete and accurate financial and non-financial information which is sufficient to enable the Customer to verify the Call Off Contract Charges already paid or payable and Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be paid during the remainder of this Call Off Contract, including details and all assumptions relating to: the Supplier’s Costs broken down against each Good and/or Service and/or Deliverable, including actual capital expenditure (including capital replacement costs); operating expenditure relating to the provision of the Goods and/or Services including an analysis showing: the unit costs and quantity of Goods and any other consumables and bought-in services; manpower resources broken down into the number and grade/role of all Supplier Personnel (free of any contingency) together with a list of agreed rates against each manpower grade; a list of Costs underpinning those rates for each manpower grade, being the agreed rate less the Supplier’s Profit Margin; and Overheads; all interest, expenses and any other third party financing costs incurred in relation to the provision of the Services; the Supplier Profit achieved over the Call Off Contract Period and on an annual basis; confirmation that all methods of Cost apportionment and Overhead allocation are consistent with and not more onerous than such methods applied generally by the Supplier; an explanation of the type and value of risk and contingencies associated with the provision of the Goods and/or Services, including the amount of money attributed to each risk and/or contingency; and the actual Costs profile for each Service Period.

  • Regulatory Data means any and all research data, pharmacology data, chemistry, manufacturing, and control data, preclinical data, clinical data or all other documentation submitted, or required to be submitted, to Regulatory Authorities in association with regulatory filings for the Product in the Field (including any Drug Master Files (DMFs), Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (“CMC”) data, or similar documentation).

  • Pseudonymous data means information that cannot be attributed to a specific individual without the use of additional information provided that it is kept separately and subject to appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that it is not attributed to the individual.

  • Restricted Data means data typically exempt from public disclosure requirements under the provisions of applicable state or federal law. Examples of restricted information are regulated and confidential data.

  • Usage Data means data and information about the provision, use, and performance of the Product and related offerings based on Customer’s or User’s use of the Product.

  • Anonymous Data means Personal Data that has been processed in such a manner that it can no longer be attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person.

  • Accenture Data means all information, data and intellectual property of Accenture or its clients or other suppliers, collected, stored, hosted, processed, received and/or generated by Supplier in connection with providing the Deliverables to Accenture, including Accenture Personal Data.
