VWAP Period definition

VWAP Period means the period of five Business Days or such other period specified in the applicable Pricing Supplement on which trading in Ordinary Shares took place immediately preceding (but not including) the Trigger Event Date.
VWAP Period means the two VWAP Trading Days immediately following the date of this Agreement.

More Definitions of VWAP Period

VWAP Period means, for the purposes of calculating the Exchange Date VWAP and the Exchange Number, the 5 ASX Trading Days immediately preceding, but not including, the Exchange Date;
