Examples of Exchange Business Days in a sentence
Upon the occurrence of any Change in Law specified in clause (Y) of the definition thereof, Party A and Party B agree to negotiate in good faith for at least five Exchange Business Days (the “Amendment Period”) to amend this Confirmation to take account of the resulting “materially increased cost” as such phrase is used in clause (Y) of the definition of “Change in Law.” Such amendment may, if agreed by Party A and Party B, result in a Change in Law to which an Acceleration Event applies.
If there is inability in the market to deliver Shares due to illiquidity on a day that would have been a Settlement Date, then the Settlement Date shall be the first succeeding Exchange Business Day on which there is no such inability to deliver, but in no such event shall the Settlement Date be later than the date that is two (2) Exchange Business Days immediately following what would have been the Settlement Date but for such inability to deliver.
The Calculation Agent shall deliver, within five Exchange Business Days of a written request by Issuer, a written explanation of any calculation made by it, and including, where applicable, the methodology and data applied, it being understood that the Calculation Agent shall not be obligated to disclose any proprietary models used by it for such calculation.
