Wafer Lot definition

Wafer Lot means a batch or lot of Wafers that are processed at the same time. Each Wafer Lot (or number of Die as converted to Wafers) to be Ordered by LSI and processed by SCI for LSI and its Subsidiaries will consist of a minimum of 24 Wafers, except as other wise provided in this agreement in Section 5.6(c).
Wafer Lot means 25 Wafers; and

Examples of Wafer Lot in a sentence

  • Copies of SEM photographs shall be supplied with the Wafer Lot Acceptance Report as part of a Space Data Pack when specified as a customer purchase order line item.

More Definitions of Wafer Lot

Wafer Lot means a group of Wafers processed together.
