Wafer Lot definition

Wafer Lot means a batch or lot of Wafers that are processed at the same time. Each Wafer Lot (or number of Die as converted to Wafers) to be Ordered by LSI and processed by SCI for LSI and its Subsidiaries will consist of a minimum of 24 Wafers, except as other wise provided in this agreement in Section 5.6(c).

This specifically includes S-level processing including SEM step coverage, as outlined in SP34061 and Wafer Lot Acceptance as outlined in SP3402.

Polar and Customer will mutually agree on the Wafer Lot Size and whether or not any Wafer lots will be split lots.
