  • In case tenderer revokes, cancels, or varies his tender in any manner without the consent of WAPCOS Limited, within this period, his earnest money will be forfeited.

  • The tenderer shall not be entitled within the said period to revoke or cancel or vary the tender given or any item thereof, without the consent of WAPCOS Limited.

  • WAPCOS Limited shall pay the amount certified in a Certificate of Payment less the amount paid earlier in accordance with Clause 48(3) [Certificate of Payment], no later than [15 (fifteen)] Business Days from the date of such Certificate of Payment.

  • WAPCOS Limited reserves the right to reject any or all the bids or to cancel the Tender, without assigning any reason(s) whatsoever.

  • WAPCOS Limited reserves the right of forfeiture of Earnest Money deposit (EMD) in case of the successful tenderer.

  • Business Centre means each of the places so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.
