Warehouse Accounts definition

Warehouse Accounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9(c) of the Agreement.

Examples of Warehouse Accounts in a sentence

  • All amounts on deposit in the Warehouse Accounts shall be held as cash margin and collateral for all Obligations under this Agreement.

  • The Warehouse Accounts shall be in the form of non-interest bearing book-entry accounts.

  • Buyer shall have exclusive withdrawal rights from the Warehouse Accounts.

  • In the event the Takeout Price is less than the Repurchase Price, the Buyer shall withdraw funds from the Operating Account and Warehouse Accounts such that no deficiency exists.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event that a Margin Call or other Default exists and with prior notice to Seller, Buyer shall be entitled to use any or all of the amounts on deposit in the Warehouse Accounts to cure such circumstance or otherwise exercise remedies available to Buyer.

  • Without limiting the generality of the foregoing or any other provision of this Agreement, Buyer may withdraw and retain from the Warehouse Accounts and Operating Account any Warehouse Fees due and owing to Buyer that have not been otherwise timely paid by Seller.

Related to Warehouse Accounts

  • Reserve Accounts means the Tax and Insurance Reserve Account, the Leasing Reserve Account or any other escrow account established by the Loan Documents.

  • Collection Accounts As defined in Section 3.10(a).

  • Concentration Accounts has the meaning ascribed to it in Annex C.

  • Mortgagor Accounts As defined in Section 3.07(a) of this Agreement.

  • Custodial Accounts Each custodial account (other than an Escrow Account) established and maintained by a Servicer pursuant to a Purchasing and Servicing Agreement or Servicing Agreement, as applicable.

  • Collateral Accounts means any and all accounts established and maintained by the Pledgee in the name of any Pledgor to which Collateral may be credited.

  • Operating Accounts shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.03.A.

  • Business Account means an Account used primarily for business purposes and not for personal, family, or household purposes.

  • Servicing Accounts The account or accounts created and maintained pursuant to Section 3.08.

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • Project Accounts means the Revenue Account, the Operating Account, the Maintenance Capital Expense Account, the Debt Service Reserve Account, the Insurance and Condemnation Proceeds Accounts and the Extraordinary Proceeds Account, including any sub-account within such accounts.

  • Collections Account has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.01(a) hereof.

  • Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

  • Note Account As defined in the Indenture.

  • Reserve Account Property shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.7(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.

  • Management Accounts means, in relation to any Reporting Period, the Franchisee’s management accounts which: (a) comply with paragraph 3.10 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives); and (b) are required to be delivered to the Secretary of State by the Franchisee in accordance with paragraphs 3.2 and 3.3 of Schedule 13 (Information and Industry Initiatives);

  • Trust Accounts has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.1.

  • Debt Service Account means the Debt Service Account for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 (within the Bond and Interest Fund) created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • JetBrains Account or “JBA” means an account at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx created by Customer, having a unique name and password, and through which Customer has access to Products in accordance with a Toolbox Subscription.

  • Reserve Account means the account designated as such, established and maintained pursuant to Section 5.07.

  • Interim Accounts means the unaudited consolidated quarterly financial statements of the Issuer for the quarterly period ending on each 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December in each year, prepared in accordance with GAAP.

  • Lockbox Accounts means the accounts maintained by Borrower at the Lockbox Banks into which all collections or payments on their Accounts and other Collateral are paid.

  • Purchase Account means the account so designated in each Purchase and Remarketing Fund.

  • Surplus Account has the meaning assigned to it in Section 3.02(a).

  • Distribution Accounts Collectively, the Upper-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Lower-Tier REMIC Distribution Account, the Excess Interest Distribution Account (and in each case any subaccount thereof), all of which may be subaccounts of a single Eligible Account.
