Warrant Recipients shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals to this Warrant Agreement.

  • The transferee of the Warrants will receive all the rights and benefits granted to the Warrant Recipients pursuant to this Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement and any other agreement relating to the Warrants.
