Warranty or Warranties means the warranties and representations of the Provider set out in Clause 22;
Warranty or Warranties means any guarantee issued by a manufacturer or supplier of a good or service supplied to You or any of Your subcontractors in the delivery of Your Works which promises to repair or replace the good supplied or re-execute the service provided.
