Water Easements definition

Water Easements has the meaning set forth in the definition of Water Assets.

Examples of Water Easements in a sentence

  • The developer shall provide all necessary Chesterfield Valley Storm Water Easements to accommodate future construction of the Chesterfield Valley Master Storm Water Plan improvements, and depict any and all Chesterfield Valley Master Storm Water Plan improvements on the Site Development Plan(s) and Improvement Plans.

Related to Water Easements

  • Utility easement means a right held by a facility operator to install, maintain, and access an underground facility or pipeline.

  • Easements has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.3.

  • Conservation easement means that term as defined in section 2140 of the natural resources and environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.2140.

  • Water surface elevation means the height, in relation to the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, where specified, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.

  • Wastewater means the spent water of a community. From the standpoint of source, it may be a combination of the liquid and water-carried wastes from residences, commercial buildings, industrial plants, and institutions, together with any groundwater, surface water, and storm water that may be present.

  • Storm water means storm water runoff, snow melt runoff, and surface runoff and drainage.

  • Stormwater system means constructed and natural features which function together as a system to collect, convey, channel, hold, inhibit, retain, detain, infiltrate, divert, treat, or filter stormwater. “Stormwater system” includes both public and privately owned features.

  • Land means the land described in Exhibit A.

  • Basement means any area of the building having its floor subgrade (below ground level) on all sides.

  • Leasehold condominium means a condominium in which all or a portion of the real estate is subject to a lease the expiration or termination of which will terminate the condominium or reduce its size.

  • Water user means a person, corporation, or other entity having a right to divert water from the Bear River for beneficial use;

  • Irrigation means application of water to land areas to supply the water needs of

  • Roads means streets, roads, and highways.

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Water Rights means: (1) with respect to any Person, all of such Person's right, title and interest in and to any water stock, permits or entitlements and any other water rights related to or appurtenant to property owned or leased by such Person, and (2) with respect to any property, any water stock, permits or entitlements and any other water rights related to or appurtenant to such property.
