Water Entitlements Contract definition

Water Entitlements Contract means a contract between the Company and a person in relation to, among other things, Water Entitlements; and
Water Entitlements Contract means a contract between the Company and a person substantially in the form of the Water Entitlements Contract published on the Company’s web site from time to time;

  • Engineer-In-Charge (EIC means the Engineer officer authorised to direct, supervise and be In-charge of the works for the purpose of this contract who shall supervise and be in charge of the work.
