Water Lot definition

Water Lot means an Area of land covered by water below the historical High Water Mark designated as a separate and distinct Parcel on a legal Water Lot lease issued by the Authority Having Jurisdiction.
Water Lot means a parcel or tract of land, the title of which is separately conveyable and which is normally fully or partly submerged under water.
Water Lot means an area of Labrador Inuit Lands extending seaward from the ordinary high water mark and includes the land covered by the Tidal Water column;
