Water Manager definition

Water Manager means a person who manages or controls water;
Water Manager means the official representative of the Association duly authorized by the Board to distribute the water of the Association to the shareholders, as defined in Article IX, Section 4 herein.
Water Manager means that individual appointed by the City Manager to coordinate on behalf of the City with the Water System Operator for the day-to-day operation of the Water System, and to represent the City in related regulatory matters.
