Water segment definition

Water segment means a portion of a water body that the Department will assess and evaluate for purposes of determining whether a TMDL will be required. Water segments previously evaluated as part of the Department’s 1998 305(b) Report are depicted in the map titled “Water Segments of Florida,” which is incorporated by reference.
