Water Services Assets definition

Water Services Assets means those certain water handling and recycling assets (to none of which any Proved Reserves of oil or natural gas are attributed) owned by the Credit Parties as of the Effective Date which have been or will be contributed by the Credit Parties to the Riptide Entities or any other Unrestricted Subsidiary.

Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Operational Services the operational services described as such in the Services Description;

  • Wastewater collection system means the sewer and pumping system used for the collection and conveyance of domestic, commercial and industrial wastewater; and
