Weatherford Common Stock definition

Weatherford Common Stock means shares of common stock, $1.00 par value per share, of Weatherford.
Weatherford Common Stock shall have the meaning specified in Section 7.11.
Weatherford Common Stock means the common stock of Weatherford, as registered pursuant to section 12(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and as traded on the New York Stock Exchange, which shall be issued and distributed to certain holders of Claims and Interests under the terms of this Plan.
