Weed Inspector definition

Weed Inspector means a By-law Enforcement Officer appointed by Council, any of whom are hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of this bylaw and to act as the Area Weed Inspector in accordance with the provisions of the Weed Control Act.

Weed Inspector means the designated representative for the City who is authorized by the City Manager to enforce this Article. (Ord. 1418 §1(part), 1992; Ord. 1589, 1999) Sec. 8-10-20.
