PCP definition

PCP means a primary care physician, which is a physician who has a primary specialty designation of internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics or obstetrics/gynecology.
PCP means a provider who gives or directs health care services for you. PCPs include internists, family practitioners, general practitioners, Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN), Physician Assistants (PA), obstetrician gynecologist (ob-gyn) and pediatricians or any other practice allowed by us. A PCP supervises, directs and gives initial care and basic medical services to you and is in charge of your ongoing care.

More Definitions of PCP

PCP means a qualified physician, or certified nurse practitioner or team of no more than four (4) qualified physicians/nurse practitioners which provides all required primary care services contained in the Benefit Package to Enrollees.
PCP means each personal contract plan agreement entered into between an Obligor and VWFS in the form of standard business terms or otherwise pursuant to which VWFS has provided financing to an Obligor where the Final Rental Amount is substantially greater than the previous payments due under such contract and such Final Rental Amount is optional pursuant to the terms of such contract.

PCP means a Plan Provider who has an independent contractor agreement with HPN to assume responsibility for arranging and coordinating the delivery of Covered Services to Members. A Primary Care Physician’s agreement with HPN may terminate. In the event that a Member’s Primary Care Physician’s agreement terminates, the Member will be required to select another Primary Care Physician.
