Weighted Average Age definition

Weighted Average Age. For any date of determination shall be equal to the quotient of (A) the sum of the products of (i) the age in years (determined from the date of the initial sale thereof by the manufacturer) of each Managed Container being evaluated, multiplied by (ii) the Net Book Value of such Managed Container being evaluated, divided by (B) the sum of the Net Book Values of all Managed Containers being evaluated.
Weighted Average Age means, with respect to any group of Eligible Receivables, the quotient equal to (x) the product of (i) the number of days each Receivable in such group has been included as Collateral multiplied by (ii) the Outstanding Balance of the related Receivable divided by (y) the Aggregate Outstanding Balance of all such Receivables.
Weighted Average Age means, in respect of any portfolio or group of Railcars as to which the same is being determined, the weighted (by quantity of Railcars) average age in years of such portfolio or group. For purposes of determining the age of a Railcar in determining Weighted Average Age, age in years is measured from the date of manufacture.
