Fixed Rate Obligations definition

Fixed Rate Obligations means obligations on which the interest rate remains constant to maturity;
Fixed Rate Obligations means any Series in respect of which "Fixed" is specified under "Interest Basis" in the Additional Conditions.
Fixed Rate Obligations means the “Obligations” as defined in the Fixed Rate Note Purchase Agreement.
