Weighted Average Loan Rate definition

Weighted Average Loan Rate means, for any Payment Date, the weighted average (determined by Scheduled Principal Balance) of the Loan Interest Rates for all Loans that were outstanding during the immediately preceding month.

Weighted Average Loan Rate. With respect to any Distribution Date, the weighted average of the applicable Loan Rates on the Home Equity Loans as of the last Business Day of the third calendar month preceding such Distribution Date, weighted based on the outstanding Principal Balances of the Home Equity Loans as of the last Business Day of the third calendar month preceding such Distribution Date.
