Welcome Kit definition

Welcome Kit is defined in paragraph 5.a.
Welcome Kit means the package that the Primary Cardholder will receive from us with the first Card that is issued to the Primary Cardholder.
Welcome Kit shall collectively mean the MCSP Welcome Kit, the Microsoft CTEC Welcome Kit, the Microsoft CTEC Partner Level Welcome Kit and the Partner Level Welcome Kit.

Welcome Kit means a group of household items that are provided by the US Government on a temporary basis to a residence while personal effects are on transit.

  • Contactless means a payment feature that provides You with a way to pay by tapping the Card on a point–of–sale terminal reader for transactions of up to a specified limit.

  • Broadband or “Broadband Service” means any service defined as Broadband, or having advanced telecommunications capability, in the most recent Federal Communications Commission inquiry pursuant to Section 706 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-104).2

In all cases, processing and settlement of share transactions shall be done in a manner consistent with applicable law.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Online means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Backsiphonage means the flow of water or other liquids, mixtures or substances into the potable water system from any source other than its intended source, caused by the reduction of pressure in the potable water system.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Broadband service means a retail service capable of transmitting data over an access line at a rate greater than 200 kilobits per second.
