Wellcome Trust definition

Wellcome Trust means the UK charity who are providing funding to OXFORD in support of the Clinical Trial (including in support of the Services provided under this Agreement).
Wellcome Trust means the Wellcome Trust a charity registered in England and Wales (registration number 210183); and Year means each period beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31; provided that the first Year of the Term extends from the Effective Date to December 31 of the then-current Year, and the last Year extends from January 1 of such Year until the effective date of the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
