Year of the Term definition

Year of the Term as used herein shall mean each twelve-month period commencing on (START DATE).
Year of the Term means each successive twelve (12) month period of the Term, the first of which commences on the Commencement Date.
Year of the Term as used herein shall mean each twelve-month period commencing on September 11, 2017.
