West Coast Waters means all the waters east of the meridian of longitude 131° east to the meridian of longitude 137° east but excluding the waters of Spencer Gulf that are north of the geodesic joining Cape Catastrophe, Eyre Peninsula and Cape Spencer, Yorke Peninsula. 62.
