The County recognizes the rights of the employees to designate a reasonable number of representatives of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County White Collar Unit of CSEA, Inc.
Within a reasonable time following processing, the District will provide the LRCEA Treasurer with a copy of a form signed by a new hire verifying that he or she has been provided a copy of this Agreement with the current list of White Collar position classifications and salary schedules.

The City hereby recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for regular full-time employees and regular part-time employees employed by the City in the White Collar Division known as the Waterbury City Employees’ Association for the purpose of collective bargaining with respect to wages, hours and other conditions of employment.
The term “employee” or “employees” as used in this Agreement shall refer only to those regular full- time and regular part-time employees who are included within the White Collar Division of City employment, which Division is defined in Section 2(c) hereof.
The employee will be paid his regular hourly rate of pay for any such days of excused absence which occur during his normal work week, but in no event more than eight (8) hours straight pay (MCIA Blue Collar), or seven (7) hours straight pay (MCIA White Collar) for any one (1) day.
MCIA White Collar (MCW) - - seven (7) hours per day with one (1) hour unpaid lunch.
Labor grade ranges covered by this labor agreement for the White Collar Bargaining Unit are shown in Appendix "D" of this Article.
Notwithstanding the above, in the event that the County agrees to a more favorable salary/wage increase for Fiscal 2016/17, with the Blue Collar bargaining unit, White Collar bargaining unit, Government Supervisors Association-Professional, Government Supervisors Association - Supervisory bargaining units, AFSCME Port Maintenance, and/or the unrepresented employees, either party may request in writing its desire to meet to explore alternatives to the agreed upon salary/wage provisions of this Article.
