White Form eIPO Service means the facility offered by the Company through the White Form eIPO Service Provider as the service provider designated by the Company allowing investors to apply electronically to purchase Offer Shares in the Hong Kong Public Offering on a website designated for such purpose, as provided for and disclosed in the Hong Kong Prospectus; and
White Form eIPO Service means the facility offered by the Company through the Hong Kong Share Registrar as the service provider designated by the Company allowing investors to apply electronically to purchase the Offer Shares in the Hong Kong Public Offering on a website designated for such purpose, as provided for and disclosed in the Hong Kong Prospectus;

The Company has appointed the H Share Registrar to provide services in connection with the processing of the Hong Kong Public Offering Applications and the provision of the White Form eIPO Service upon and subject to the terms and conditions of the Registrar Agreement.
