Examples of Whitehall Group in a sentence

  • The foregoing obligation of the Whitehall Group is subject to the final approval of the investment committee of each applicable Whitehall fund.

  • Subject to the preceding sentence, upon reasonable request by WRP and/or WCPT and their affiliates, the Whitehall Group will acknowledge the foregoing covenant to any third party entering into a transaction with WRP and/or WCPT.

  • From and after the Effective Date, New Manager may from time to time cause the Company and its Subsidiaries to enter into financings and refinancings with the approval of the Whitehall Group provided that the Financing Parameters are satisfied.

  • In connection with such sale or transfer, WCPT, the Whitehall Group and Saracen and/or Rand shall execute and deliver, in a timely manner, any and all documents, agreements and instruments reasonably necessary to sell or transfer their respective Membership Units.

  • Any Membership Units to be received by the Manager pursuant to this subparagraph (a) shall not be newly issued Membership Units but shall be Membership Units beneficially owned by the Members of the Whitehall Group.

Related to Whitehall Group

  • Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.

  • Minority group member means a United States citizen or permanent resident alien who is and can demonstrate membership in one of the following groups:
