Whois Accuracy Program Specification definition

Whois Accuracy Program Specification means the Whois Accuracy Program Specification attached hereto, as updated from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
Whois Accuracy Program Specification refers to the RDDS Accuracy Program Specification and is included in this Section 1 for purposes of external documents linking to this Agreement using this definition. 19. A new Section 1.33 is hereby added as follows:

Examples of Whois Accuracy Program Specification in a sentence

  • Registrar shall implement and adhere to any WhoIs accuracy requirements that may be mandated by ICANN or Registry Operator, including without limitation the Registry Accreditation Agreement Whois Accuracy Program Specification, as may be amended from time to time by ICANN.

  • Virtual Registrar’s failure to validate and verify Whois contact information, as required by Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Whois Accuracy Program Specification (“WAPS”) of the RAA.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Goods Specification means any specification for the Goods, including any related plans and drawings that is set out in the Purchase Order or otherwise agreed in writing by the Customer and the Supplier;

  • TENDER SPECIFICATION means “Specific conditions, technical specifications, appendices, site information and drawing pertaining to the work in which the tenderers are required to submit their offer. Individual specification number will be assigned to each tender specification.

  • Class specification means a formal written statement of the class which defines the general character and scope of the duties and responsibilities of positions in the class, lists typical or illustrative examples of work of positions in the class, enumerates the knowledges, skills, and abilities required for successful performance of the work and states required minimum experience and training for positions in the class.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • frequency ride through as used herein shall mean the ability of a Small Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the system or equipment of the Transmission Owner and any Affected Systems during system disturbances within a range of under-frequency and over- frequency conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and consistent with any standards and guidelines that are applied to other generating facilities in the Balancing Authority Area on a comparable basis. The term “voltage ride through” as used herein shall mean the ability of a Small Generating Facility to stay connected to and synchronized with the system or equipment of the Transmission Owner and any Affected Systems during system disturbances within a range of under-voltage and over-voltage conditions, in accordance with Good Utility Practice and consistent with any standards and guidelines that are applied to other generating facilities in the Balancing Authority Area on a comparable basis.
