In the event that any part of the Wholesale Call Service is not rated within the month in which it was made, Cavendish Communications (or the third party provider) shall include it in a future invoice.
Wholesale Service means Telecommunication Services that Sprint provides at retail to subscribers who are not telecommunications carriers as set forth in 47 USC § 251(c)(4) which Sprint provides to resellers at a wholesale rate.
wholesale customer means a natural or legal person purchasing electricity for the purpose of resale inside or outside the system where he is established;

"School service" does not include a website, mobile application, or online service that is designed and marketed for use by individuals or entities generally, even if it is also marketed for use in elementary or secondary schools.
Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.
