WHS Accreditation Scheme definition

WHS Accreditation Scheme means the Australian Government Building and Construction OH&S Accreditation Scheme established by the Fair Work (Building Industry) Act 2012 (Cth).
WHS Accreditation Scheme means the workplace health and safety accreditation scheme for Commonwealth building work established under section 35 of the Fair Work (Building Industry) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇;
WHS Accreditation Scheme means the Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme referred to in section 43.

  • The State agrees that it will comply, and ensure its subcontractors comply, with all requirements of the Work Health and Safety ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇; and it will ensure the requirements of the WHS Accreditation Scheme under the section 43 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, and the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner are met.

  • Evidence acceptable to the Department that the following has been achieved: • Confirmation that all relevant Contractors are compliant with the Building Code and accredited under the Australian Government Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme (if required); and • 60 per cent of the project is completed and certified by the Project Manager or an independent quantity surveyor.

  • WHS ACCREDITATION SCHEME The Grantee agrees to comply with any requirements in Item 12 of Schedule A regarding the WHS Accreditation Scheme.
