Widely Available Tools definition

Widely Available Tools means general purpose tools or equipment that are widely available at a reasonable price, such as screw drivers, jumpers, clips, file editors, and soldering irons, other than devices or technologies whether hardware or software that are designed and made available for the specific purpose of bypassing or circumventing the protection technologies required (Circumvention Devices).
Widely Available Tools is defined in Section 3.5.3.1 in Exhibit C Part 1.
