Training Materials definition

Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.

Training Materials means the materials provided to Customer during Training.

Training Materials means Contractor’s training guides, modules or other instructional materials for the Programs.

Examples of Training Materials in a sentence

• All intellectual property related to the Training Materials developed for the Custom Training, which may or may not derive from the Standard Training Materials, belong to NI.

• As between the parties and subject to Sections 2.2 and 3.4.1 of this ESMA, Cloudera and its licensors own and retain all right, title and interest in and to: (i) the Cloudera Products, (ii) the Cloudera IP, (iii) the Pre-Existing Property, (iv) the General Enhancements, (v) Training Materials, (vi) all Cloudera logos and trademarks included in any of the foregoing, and (vii) any and all Intellectual Property Rights embodied in the foregoing.

• Customer has the right to use such Training Materials for its internal use only and no further license is provided to Customer unless otherwise agreed to by NI in writing.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, Customer participants attending the Training Services may retain one copy of the Training Materials for personal use only.

• If Customer orders Training Services, all works of authorship, inventions, improvements, methods, processes, formulas, designs, techniques and information conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by Cloudera (as necessary to establish authorship, inventorship or ownership), solely or in collaboration with others, in the course of performing the Training Services, including any and all Training Materials, will be the sole property of Cloudera.

More Definitions of Training Materials

Training Materials means any Siebel Systems' training materials provided in connection with any training courses ordered by Customer and delivered as set forth in this Agreement.

Training Materials means the course slides, OnDemand videos and other documentation including the training exercises and labs provided in conjunction with any Training Services.
