WIFIA Interest Rate definition

WIFIA Interest Rate has the meaning provided in Section 6 (Interest Rate).
WIFIA Interest Rate means, for each WIFIA Loan, the rate specified in Section 6 (Interest Rate) of the applicable WIFIA Loan Agreement, which shall be computed in accordance with Section 6 (Interest Rate) hereof.
WIFIA Interest Rate has the meaning ascribed to such term in Part C of Schedule I (WIFIA Loan Specific Term).

  • Interest on Capitalized Interest shall commence accruing at the WIFIA Interest Rate on the date such Capitalized Interest is added to the unpaid Principal Components of the Installment Payments during the Capitalized Interest Period pursuant to this Section 8(c) (and the corresponding Section 4.4(c) (Installment Payments – Initial Installment Payment Schedule; Adjustments to Installment Payment Schedule) of the ISA).

WIFIA Interest Rate has the meaning provided in Section 6 (Interest Rate). “WIFIA Ordinance” means Ordinance No. [●], passed by the Borrower on [●], 2023. Section 2.

  • Prime Interest Rate means the publicly quoted variable annual basic rate of interest, published from time to time by the bankers of FUNDI as being their prime rate and as certified by the auditors of FUNDI, whose appointment it shall not be necessary to prove. Details of such bankers will be provided to the Applicant when so requested in writing.

  • Stripped Interest Rate For each Mortgage Loan, the excess, if any, of the Net Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan over the Remittance Rate.

  • Component Interest Rate Not applicable.

  • Fixed Interest Rate means the annual interest rate of five and forty hundredths percent (5.40%).

  • Class A Interest Rate has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Interest Rate shall have the meaning assigned to such term or analogous term in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Capped Interest Rate is defined in the Note, if applicable.

  • Contract Interest Rate means the lesser of (a) the highest rate permitted under Requirements of Law or (b) 200 basis points per annum plus the rate per annum equal to the publicly announced prime rate or reference rate for commercial loans to large businesses in effect from time to time quoted by Citibank, N.A. as its “prime rate.” If a Citibank, N.A. prime rate is not available, the applicable prime rate will be the announced prime rate or reference rate for commercial loans in effect from time to time quoted by a bank with $10 billion or more in assets in New York City, N.Y., selected by the Party to whom interest is being paid.

  • Settlement Interest Rate means, for the first calendar quarter or portion thereof during which interest accrues, the rate determined by the Receiver to be equal to the equivalent coupon issue yield on twenty-six (26)-week United States Treasury Bills in effect as of Bank Closing as published in The Wall Street Journal; provided, that if no such equivalent coupon issue yield is available as of Bank Closing, the equivalent coupon issue yield for such Treasury Bills most recently published in The Wall Street Journal prior to Bank Closing shall be used. Thereafter, the rate shall be adjusted to the rate determined by the Receiver to be equal to the equivalent coupon issue yield on such Treasury Bills in effect as of the first day of each succeeding calendar quarter during which interest accrues as published in The Wall Street Journal.

  • Daily Interest Rate means an amount calculated by dividing the interest rate payable to a Lender on a Loan (as set forth in subsection 2.2) as of each calendar day by three hundred sixty (360).

  • Interest Rates means the interest rates provided for in Sections 2.11 and 2.12 of the Credit Agreement.

  • Class A-2-A Interest Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).
