Wiliot Cloud definition

Wiliot Cloud means the Wiliot Platform's sensing and analytics cloud service for the decryption, transmission, analytics, and other processing of Wiliot IoT Pixel sensor data, and (as applicable) the associated Wiliot applications, APIs and SDKs that you purchase in connection with such cloud solution.

Examples of Wiliot Cloud in a sentence

  • Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including without limitation your payment of all applicable Fees), we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right and license, during the terms of this Agreement, to internally access and use the Wiliot Platform in connection with your authorized use of Wiliot IoT Pixels, Infrastructure Hardware, and Wiliot Cloud subscriptions.

  • In the event that you add additional Wiliot Cloud Pricing Suites (a "Cloud Upgrade"), any incremental Fees associated with such Cloud Upgrade will be prorated over the remaining period of the then-current License Term.

  • The billing cycle and amounts for Wiliot Cloud Credit Amount is defined in the Order.

  • Growler means any fillable, sealable container complying with federal law.

  • Panchayat means an institution (by whatever name called) of self-government constituted under article 243B, for the rural areas;

  • SORA means, in respect of any Singapore Business Day “i”, a reference rate equal to the daily Singapore Overnight Rate Average published by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (or a successor administrator), as the administrator of the benchmark, on the Monetary Authority of Singapore’s website currently at http://www.mas.gov.sg, or any successor website officially designated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (or as published by its authorised distributors) (the “Relevant Screen Page”) on the Singapore Business Day immediately following such Singapore Business Day “i”;

  • traveller means the Customer and/or any other natural person for whose benefitthe Services have been booked or provided.

  • Phoenix means the web-based platform operated by the Maples Group and located at https://phoenix.maples.com/, which provides the Company and its delegates with the ability to access and manage Contents;

  • seaman means any person forming part of the crew of any 6*** ship, but does not include the master of 7*[the] ship;

  • Campfire means a small outdoor fire intended for recreation or cooking not including a fire intended for disposal of waste wood or refuse.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) [replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No.18 of 2013)] and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund.

  • Asset Management Company means an asset Management Company as defined in the Rules and Regulations.

  • Air freshener means any consumer product including, but not limited to, sprays, wicks, powders, and crystals, designed for the purpose of masking odors or freshening, cleaning, scenting, or deodorizing the air. Air fresheners do not include products that are used on the human body, products that function primarily as cleaning products, disinfectant products claiming to deodorize by killing germs on surfaces, or institutional or industrial disinfectants when offered for sale solely through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. Air fresheners do include spray disinfectants and other products that are expressly represented for use as air fresheners, except institutional and industrial disinfectants when offered for sale through institutional and industrial channels of distribution. To determine whether a product is an air freshener, all verbal and visual representations regarding product use on the label or packaging and in the product's literature and advertising may be considered. The presence of, and representations about, a product's fragrance and ability to deodorize (resulting from surface application) shall not constitute a claim of air freshening.

  • Parkland means any publicly owned land which is designated or used as a public park, recreation area, wildlife or waterfowl refuge or historic site.

  • Booth means a booth in the Hong Kong Pavilion at the Exhibition which the Council licenses the Participant to use for the duration of the Exhibition.

  • Falconry means the sport of taking quarry by means of a trained raptor.

  • Management Group means at any time, the Chairman of the board of directors, the Chief Executive Officer, the President, any Managing Director, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President or Vice President, any Treasurer and any Secretary of Holdings or other executive officer of Holdings or any Subsidiary of Holdings at such time.
