Wind Company definition

Wind Company means the signatory of this Code of Conduct Agreement as well as its officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and any affiliates over which it exercises control.

  • The Wind Company shall pay any assessed penalties to a reserve fund of the State of New York pending the resolution of any such court challenge.

  • The Wind Company shall not agree to pay legal fees for any Municipal Officer or Municipality in connection with any investigation by any law enforcement agency.

  • For any financial interest held by a Municipal Officer or his or her relative in any wind development company or its assets within three years prior to the date of an application for a permit under this local law, the Wind Company shall disclose the application the Municipal Officer or his or her relative, and the nature and scope of the financial interest of each person.

  • The Wind Company shall not knowingly solicit, use, or receive Confidential Information acquired by a Municipal Officer in the course of his or her official duties.

  • For events transpiring after the date this Code of Conduct Agreement is signed, the Wind Company shall make the disclosures as set forth in this section.

  • The Wind Company shall fully cooperate with the NYAG in any investigation arising out of such violation.

Related to Wind Company

  • Operating Company means an “operating company” within the meaning of 29 C.F.R. §2510.3-101(c) of the Plan Asset Regulations.

  • Combined Company means Holdco and its consolidated subsidiaries after giving effect to the Business Combination.

  • De-energise means the operation of any isolator, circuit breaker, or switch or the removal of any fuse or link so that no electricity can flow through a Point of Connection on the Network;

  • Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.

  • Joint Venture Company means any Subsidiary of the Company or any other Person of which 50% or less than 50% of the outstanding Voting Stock or participation is held by the Company or its Subsidiaries, whose Equity Interest is held directly or indirectly by the Company and one or more third parties that are not Affiliates of the Company for the purpose of directly or indirectly bidding new projects, including such Subsidiaries or Persons of the Company whose activities are governed by a joint venture agreement with one or more third parties that are not Affiliates of the Company.

  • Alliance means the Public Service Alliance of Canada;

  • Single member limited liability company means a limited liability company that has one direct member.

  • Mutual holding company means that term as defined in section 10(o) of the home owners' loan act, chapter 64, titles III and IX of Public Law 101-73, 12 U.S.C. 1467a, and OTS regulations governing mutual holding companies.

  • Asset Management Company means an asset Management Company as defined in the Rules and Regulations.

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • Production company means a person or entity engaged in the business of making motion picture, television, or radio images for theatrical, commercial, advertising, or education purposes; Reserved

  • UCITS management company means a management company as defined in Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS)1;

  • EDS means Electronic Data Systems Corporation, a Delaware corporation, all its direct and indirect subsidiaries, all its affiliated entities, and all its successors and assigns, and the employees, agents, attorneys, officers and directors of each of them.

  • Forest means an area of land defined by the minimum values for area size, tree crown cover or an equivalent stocking level, and potential tree height at maturity at the place of growth of the trees as specified for each Member State in Annex II.
